My fiancé and I walked in this afternoon, and got almost EVERYTHING we needed for our wedding and lots of ideas!! The lady who helped us was excellent! She gave us many options, for lots of things! and even some ideas to make the wedding planning easier! We felt comfortable shopping, and when we left the store we both were relaxed and excited! She even told us about a couple places that we could look into for a dietary special wedding cake! Sooo Happy!! I am sure we will end up back at the store before we get married for the odds and ends, but couldn't wait to write a review! :D

Loved the customer service provided, very friendly and accommodating. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and when I ordered over the phone I had absolutely no problems. When the items did arrive in the mail, I noticed extra care was taken on packing the more fragile items (also they were wrapped in purple tissue paper- matching the ring bearer pillows and flower girl basket. Nice touch!) I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Thank you thank you thank you Penny Lane for saving my wedding. Went to another bridal store and my fiancé ordered chair covers, (was a sale, so too busy to see the covers apparently) asking not once not twice but 3 times confirming that they were linen and not satin. (I do not like the look of satin) they said yes there were linen, went to Penny Lane to discuss table linen and etc mentioned our chair covers and Matthew told me to ask to see them cause he was positive they were satin, sure enough went into the other store and yes they were satin. If he never helped me out I would have had been so upset on my wedding day having unmatched linen. In the end I will be getting all of my rental items at Penny Lane in order to avoid disappointment. Thank you for your amazing customer service!! :)
